Tacoyaki for Dummies!

Hiroe (who I LOVE!!!) had me over to her place for some awesomely good HOME-MADE TACOYAKI.Now, my love affair with tacoyaki has been rather intense over the past five months, but so many of you back home still don't really understand WHAT tacoyaki is.... So I have tried to document the process from start to finish, as a way of sharing my new-found love with all of you!
