The Atomic Dome

The Atomic Dome (behind me) marks the exact location of where the bomb was aerially detonated. Just as the safest location in a tornado is within the eye of the storm - the atomic dome was the only standing structure after the bomb drop because it was directly below the atomic flash. Today it is the only sign of ruin in Hiroshima, and stands forever as a memorial.
