10 reasons for mo to smile today

(in no particular order)
1. yesterday i had a very yummy dinner with my parents, boyfriend, and grammy. i love all of these people very much, and the whole evening was filled with laughter and joy.
2. i believe that i am truly with the best person right now, he makes me so happy, i can't believe it. i'm in love.
3.
i had a heart-warming and exciting visit with joanna, my mentor, dear friend, and employer from ymca camp colman. she offered me a job as assistant summer camp director and i want to take it.
4. yesterday i realized how truly awesome april is, both as a roommate and a friend. when moving out my cheap-shitty-used futon to make room for my "new" cheap-shitty-used bed, i broke my cheap-shitty-used desk, leaving no place for me to put my cheap-shitty-broken computer. i work so hard. all the time. and everything i own is "someone else's" cast off cheap-shitty-used stuff. april and trail cheered me up by taking the cheap-shitty-used desk out to the dumpster and kicked the cheap-shitty-used shit out of it like the printer from "office space" just to make me smile. then april cleaned the whole apartment while i left in a frazzled hurry to meet jo, so our tiny home was radiant and welcoming when i returned home. even if my material objects are cheap-shitty-and-used, my friends are good as gold.
5. this afternoon dr. archibald is going out of her way to try and help throw me a lifeline with my senior thesis. i know that i need help, and someone is finally responding to my cries.
6. april's carnivorous yet cool boyfriend mike is cooking the three of us a special vegitarian-friendly dinner tonight, just as a cordial way to extend friendship. that's super sweet.
7. angie is back from n'oleans!!! i missed her so much. we see each other at least five times a week and check in with one another. having her gone left a noticeable absence in my day, but now she is home.
8. i am 7 and 1/2 short weeks away from graduation. nuff said.
9. i just realized that april 4th, the day i learn whether or not i am accepted to study language in japan this summer, is the same day that i am running the colman staff recruitment booth at the smu job fair. this means that, no matter what the news about japan is, i will be happy about my journey this summer. if i am accepted to the program i get to go back to japan. if i am not accepted, then i can save my $2200 dills and really dedicate myself to my camp management leadership position. win-win rocks.
10
. my flakey professor forgot to come to class today, opening up one full hour of my super-busy schedule so that i could leisurely read email, eat a bagel, and blog to you. ;)

#11. Andrew is posting on your blog.

#12. Andrew is really funny.

#13. Andrew needs 3 numbers to fully support the wait of his hilarity (and possibly his jinormous Ego).
