What country am I in?

Haley and I were the international students orientation leaders this year. Her rooky year, and my third tour of duty.
It was, as usual, a week with tears, laughter, multiple languages and - bippity bippity bop!
Yes, the kids got really off on playing theatre sports - who would have guessed it?
I enjoyed my role this year more now than I ever had before. I finally understood some of the turmoil's one experiences as an exchange student. Not to mention, a much deeper comprehension of Japanese social structures.
This group was pretty fun too. Probably the best overall English comprehension I have seen in my three years.
The orientation process (which consumes my life for two whole weeks) always ends with the first day of school. I am left feeling like a parent, hoping I prepared them enough, nervous for their inexperience, and hopeful for their success.
There they go, my eight little Japanese babes!
