I think that the best part of having your own place, "a room of one's own" as Virginia described, is that it represents YOU and only YOU in all of the odd eccentricities which differentiate YOU from every other joe out in the world.
It is a place that belongs to no other. It is simplistic, humble, and quirky - just like you.

But then along comes a reason to consider... new frontiers.
And aren't we so glad for an opportunity to change, move, grow?
