Terrible Train Crash Close to Home

OSAKA, Japan (CNN) -- A packed commuter train left the tracks and slammed into an apartment building, killing 50 people and injuring more than 340 others in Japan's deadliest rail accident in four decades.
I don't know what's happening with international coverage, but it's all over the news here. I just want you all to know that I am OK, no one I know was on the train, and there are no reports yet of any MWU students on the train either.
The dormitory had a noticable hush tonight at dinner. Many of the girls in Wakakusa are Freshman away from home for the first time.
It's a little trippy, I was on half a dozen trains in and around Osaka just this weekend...
