This random sign in the train station caught my attention. It warns passengers about the dangers of "surihanninn" or thieves. But here is what is interesting - the thief is blonde and the victim is brunette. 99% of the Japanese population is Japanese, and are therefore NOT blonde. I believe the name for this in the USA is "racial profiling."
